Olympic Weight Plates, Tri-Grip Barbell Weights Set, 2 x 5kg, 2'' Holes

This is a set of two 5kg Olympic weight plates with 2" centre holes. They are made for standard Olympic bars, curl bars, trap bars and squat bars, so the plates fit into a typical barbell setup.

Each plate is steel with a rubber wrap. That gives the plates a tougher finish and adds floor protection if they are dropped. The three grip holes also let you use the plates on their own for exercises such as side lateral raises, plate rotations and chest presses.
