It records steps, distance and calories, and it adds 24-hour dynamic heart rate, blood pressure and blood oxygen monitoring. The 1.69" TFT full touch screen gives it a smartwatch-style feel, while the cream finish keeps the look understated.

For workouts, the tracker includes 25 sports modes and IP68 water protection, so swimming is listed among the supported activities. The battery is rated for up to 7 days of working time, with a charging time of 1.5 to 2 hours. Message alerts and extra tools are built in for daily use.
